Rubber Reviving(Replasticizing)Equipment

Boot order

1. Turn on the power switch of the heating device, keep the temperature between 200 -280℃,maximum 300℃.

2. Make sure there is no stuck phenomenon when turn the wheel a circle.

3. Turn on the host power when the temperature reaches the required level.

4. Put 10-20kg calcium carbonate into the machine before start, then turn on the feeding and cutting switch immediately and suitably. Make sure the machine can running properly, preventing the rubber powder swell and block during the process, and damage the machine

5. Ensure the devulcanizing quality according to the temperature and speed.

6. Spray water directly to the cooling part, lower the temperature of the rubber powder into 60℃, and then start discharge of the machine. Preventing the rubber powder get in touch with the oxygen in the air, and restructuring the molecular chain, ensures the tensile strength, especially the plasticity.

Shutdown sequence

1. Stop feeding, put in 10-20kg calcium carbonate after the hopper empty, turn off the power after all the calcium carbonate get out.

2. Cut off the main power and turn off all the switches.

3. Turn off the cooling valve and water spray valve.

4. If using in winter, should exhaust all the water, preventing frost damage of the water tank.
